Pictures and some ideas from Google
Jesus is dead!
But, He said he will come back... (Hope)
“All right,” Jesus replied. “Destroy this temple, and in three days, I will raise it up.” Jn. 2,19.
Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for a sure thing to happen.
Today, we celebrate Hope in our lives.
There is light after the tunnel.
Soon, the tomb will be empty.
Holy Saturday is an invitation to care for others and be an instrument of hope for all.
What is emotional loneliness?
Loneliness is a feeling of sadness and unhappiness about being socially isolated.
Solitude is different from loneliness because it is the state of being alone.
Loneliness brings suffering.
It is normal to feel a little lonely. Life is not perfect.
Hope is the best medicine.
Balance is critical. Your gut will tell you if you’re spending too much time alone. That can be a good sign to get back in touch with others. Loneliness doesn’t have to be a constant in your life. Making a few changes can return the joy, connection, and friendships waiting around the corner.
If loneliness is affecting you, consider the following ideas about how to bring hope to your life.
1) Accept your feeling and talk to them. The power has to be in you and not in your feelings. Hope is in you.
2) Get in touch with yourself: your qualities, talents, superpower, and skills. You are unique, you are valuable, and God is with you.
3) Get involved in something meaningful. Work with others. (Clubs, sports, etc.)
4) Do something for others, especially the most needed. The purpose of life is rooted in working with others.
5) Get outside; sit with others for lunch.
6) Find your life's calling. (Mission)
7) Reconnect with God, and spend time reflecting.
8) If it is necessary, look for help.
